2. Intellectual property. All videos, e-books, decks, tools and templates are the property of Trading Edge Academy and are protected by copyright.
3. No liability. Trading Edge Academy, its founder and mentors are not liable for any trading losses, damages or costs arising from the use of our education, tools or any third-party platform referenced.
4. Eligibility. You confirm you are at least 18 years old and legally permitted to trade in your jurisdiction.
Refund Policy
Because our courses are digital products with immediate lifetime access to e-books, tools and recorded content, enrollment fees are generally non-refundable once access has been granted.
If you have a billing issue or were charged in error, contact us within 48 hours at info.tradingedgeacademy@gmail.com and we will review it fairly. (Adjust this policy to match your final terms before going live.)
Privacy
We collect only the details you submit (name, WhatsApp number, email, city) to respond to enquiries and deliver course access. We do not sell your data. Trade data pasted into our free Analyzer is used only to generate your report.
